smashy roads Tips
Real talk—Bearbit Studios B.V.’s Smashy Road: Wanted 2 is the chaotic, adrenaline-pumping escape game we all needed on Android. It’s not rocket science: you pick a vehicle, outrun cops, smash through obstacles, and rack up points to unlock new rides. Think high-speed chases, random map generation, and enough chaos to keep you hooked for hours. I spent a few nights crashing into walls (a lot) and figuring out the tricks, so here’s the no-BS guide for newbies—no fancy jargon, just what you need to stop getting busted and start escaping like a pro.
Let’s cut to the tips I wish I had day one—this game’s fun, but it’s easy to get cornered by cops if you don’t know the ropes. Trust me, I messed up all these early on:
1. Pick the right starter vehicle—don’t just go for speed. The first few cars you unlock are hit or miss. I went for the fastest one at first, and it handled like a brick—crashed into every lamppost and got busted in 2 minutes. Go for the “Compact Car” first; it’s slowish but super agile, perfect for weaving through traffic and escaping tight spots.
2. Use obstacles to your advantage—don’t just avoid ’em. Cops are fast, but they’re clumsy. Smash through dumpsters, park benches, or even other cars to slow ’em down. I ignored this at first, just trying to outrun ’em, and got chased down every time. A well-timed smash can buy you 10 extra seconds to escape.
3. Don’t sleep on power-ups. Random power-ups (like speed boosts, invincibility, or cop magnets) spawn all over the map—grab ’em whenever you see ’em. I skipped a speed boost early on, thinking I didn’t need it, and got caught right after. They’re not just extras; they’re lifesavers when you’re surrounded.
