It also doesn\'t show boost pressure for my r56 s, despite all the ads etc showing this. If I put more than 8 dials up it can\'t read sensor info. KG, it’s not the official BMW app, but it’s way more straightforward for everyday use. I’ve been testing it with my BMW 3 Series, and here’s the no-fluff guide for newbies.
Now, let’s talk about what makes this app stand out—and where it falls short, IGN-style. The good: It’s way simpler than the official BMW app. No confusing menus or endless sign-ups. You can check your car’s status in 2 taps, remotely start the climate (game-changer in summer/winter), and get service alerts before your car nags you.
It’s also versatile—works with most BMWs and MINIs from 2010 onwards. I tested it on a 2018 MINI Cooper too, and it connected just as easy. No fancy equipment needed, just your Android phone and your car’s Bluetooth.
