Creating a world isn’t easy, but it’s certainly a whole load of fun, as you’ll find out in this exciting casual worldbuilding adventure game. It takes mining, crafting, logging, digging, smelting, construction and a little gardening to make the perfect planet, and you’ll have to do all that while fighting off primeval monsters intent on bringing an end to your divine plan.

Armed with just a pickaxe and the almighty strength of your arms, get down to doing a god’s work and build a world of wonder in this addictive, original action game that will keep you creating for way more than seven days.

YOU’VE GOT THE WHOLE WORLD IN YOUR HANDS! ?

In the beginning there was a little orange man in a rocket ship, and in the end there’ll be a whole glorious planet built with just those tiny orange hands. Get mining, amass 15 different types of resources and spend them with infinite wisdom to create a beautiful planetary paradise that can bask in your divine benevolence.

Thor has his hammer, Neptune has his trident, and in this game you have a mighty pickaxe that’s just as adept at fighting off monsters as it is at breaking rocks, digging for minerals and mining for gold. Upgrade it through eight different levels to improve your divine productivity, and harvest even more resources to keep on building.

As civilization develops under your watchful eye, you’ll have the chance to set up industrial facilities to smelt metal, process minerals and make a further eight types of weapon that will help you in your divine crafts, including an ax with eight different levels of improvement and the unique Excalibur sword to strike the fear of god into your monstrous opponents.

Expand and diversify with 10 different types of in-game environment to build, explore and exploit as you move in mysterious ways to create your true planetary paradise. But watch out for monsters – 8 kinds of enemy including abominable snowmen, unfriendly ents, and alien fungal foes are all out to stop your godly intentions.

Simple but attractive graphics and a rich soundscape add to the appeal of this simple but absorbing genre-crossing mining game where you write your own creation myth.

My Little Universe Tips

My Little Universe Newbie Guide: Stop Wasting Time, Start Building Your Paradise Fast

My Little Universe looks like a simple casual game, but don’t let those blocky graphics fool you. This world-building adventure will hook you for hours, and if you’re a new player, you’re probably wasting time on silly mistakes—we’ve all been there. This guide’s gonna fix that, no fluff, just the real tips that’ll get you progressing faster than you can swing your axe.

First off, let’s talk tools—because upgrading them isn’t optional, it’s mandatory. Yeah, unlocking new areas feels like the goal, but if your axe and pickaxe are still level 1, you’ll be stuck farming basic resources forever. Some rarer materials won’t even let you mine ’em unless your tools are upgraded, and trust me, you don’t wanna hit a wall halfway through your first planet. Plus, a better sword means taking down monsters way quicker—no more dying to random mobs and losing momentum (don’t worry, dying only sends you back to spawn, no resource loss).

Next, stop bouncing between objectives like a headless chicken. The game throws a lot at you—wood, iron, planks, bars—but trying to tackle 3 things at once just leads to accidental resource dumps. Those white squares? Step on ’em by mistake, and you’ll waste materials that should’ve gone to crafting or upgrades. Pick one goal, grind it out, then move on. It’s boring, but it’s the fastest way to unlock new stuff.

Crafting wooden planks and iron bars? Do it nonstop. These two are the backbone of everything—unlocking areas, upgrading tools, even building later structures. They take time to make, so don’t just drop a few logs or ores and walk away. Fill the sawmill or smelter up, then go farm more while you wait. And hey, if you’re in a hurry, watch a quick ad—50 planks or 40 iron bars instantly, no grinding needed. Worth it, trust me.

Farming efficiently is key too. You don’t gotta swing at one tree or rock at a time—position yourself right, and one swing can hit 2 or 3 targets. All resources respawn, so don’t worry about running out, but you gotta deplete ’em first to make ’em come back. And if you’re busy? Set up idle farming—park your character between a resource and a wall, no enemies around, and let ’em farm while you do something else. Perfect for when you’re watching TV.

Pro tip: Use your inventory’s locator. That bag icon in the corner? Tap a resource icon, and a big arrow points you right to it. Saved me so much time when I couldn’t find iron ore early on. Also, play offline if ads annoy you—no internet, no pop-ups when you unlock new areas. Just don’t forget to go online for ad boosts when you need ’em.

Oh, and one last thing: The first planet’s not the end. That portal near your crashed ship? Fill it up with resources, and it’ll take you to a whole new world with harder monsters and new resources. Don’t rush to finish the first planet, but don’t get stuck there either—upgrade, farm, and move on.

This game’s all about relaxed progression, but there’s no point in dragging it out. Follow these tips, and you’ll be building your planetary paradise in no time—no wasted hours, no frustration, just pure fun.
