Editor's Review
Triple Fantasy nails the sweet spot between simple card play and deep strategy—no overly complex stuff here. I’ve rerolled for my favorite heroes (got Wukong easy!) and loved combining three cards for those satisfying Triple attacks. With 300+ pixel heroes, 999 free summons, and PvP/dungeons, it’s great for casual players who want strategy without the grind.

Triple Fantasy Android: Newbie Guide & Honest Review
Turn-based card RPGs on Android are a dime a dozen, but Triple Fantasy stands out—no generic fantasy fluff, just tight strategy, fun gacha mechanics, and enough depth to keep you hooked without overwhelming newbies. It’s not just a “tap random cards and win” game; you need tactics, smart card picks, and a little know-how to crush battles, especially once you get past the early stages.
Let’s cut to the noob trap I fell for hard: sleeping on elemental matchups. This is make-or-break, trust me. There are three elements—water (blue), fire (red), earth (green)—and they counter each other clean: water beats fire, fire beats earth, earth beats water. Use a counter card, and you’ll deal double damage; pick the wrong one, and you’re stuck dealing half. That’s the difference between wiping the floor with enemies and getting wiped yourself.
Card selection ain’t rocket science, but don’t overcomplicate it. There are four grades: Normal, Rare, Epic, Legend. The best part? You get a free Legend card just for logging in the first time—hold onto that thing, it’s a game-changer early on. Cards also split into three classes, and here’s the lowdown for newbies:
1. Steel: Balanced attack and health, perfect for beginners. No fancy tricks, just reliable damage and survivability when you’re still learning the ropes.
2. Faith: Ton of health, great for support. Pair ‘em with a Steel card, and you’ll stay alive way longer in tough battles.
3. Skip Magic at first. High attack, but super squishy—one hit and they’re gone. You’ll get the hang of ‘em later, but newbies should stick to Steel or Faith.
Summoning’s another area where newbies waste resources. Don’t blow gems on Premium Summons early—save ‘em for later, when you need to upgrade your best cards. Stick to the free Daily Summon (you’ve got a 0.5% shot at a Legend card!) and Gold/Friendship Summons until you’ve got a solid deck. Trust me, I wasted gems on Premium early and regretted it hard.
Gameplay’s simple once you get the hang of it. You’ll do two quick tutorial battles first—pay attention, ‘cause it teaches you the basics: pick three cards, drag ‘em to attack, use their recovery stats to heal. Graphics are smooth, cards have cute designs, and combos are easy too—no fancy moves needed. Just pair three same-element or same-job cards for a damage boost; three same elements? Even better, damage triples.
Heads-up, though: you need internet to play—no offline mode, so keep that in mind if you’re on the go. Now, let’s keep it real with pros and cons, no fluff.
The good: Cute graphics, fun strategic gameplay, free Legend card to start, PvP mode if you wanna test your deck against others. The bad: Later battles require grinding for resources, and Premium Summons are pricey. But the biggest win? It’s not pay-to-win—skill beats cash here, which is a breath of fresh air for mobile card games.
Overall, it’s a great card RPG for Android newbies. It’s easy to pick up, has just enough strategy to keep you coming back, and collecting cute, powerful cards never gets old. If you dig turn-based battles and don’t mind a little grinding later on, this one’s worth your time. Just remember those elemental matchups—they’ll save your skin more times than you think.
