Editor's Review
Wrestling Empire is a fun retro wrestling game with smooth framerates and no loading times. I’ve created my own wrestler, fought 350+ opponents, ran my own promotion in booking mode, and explored backstage roaming. Pro membership lets you customize characters freely, making it great for wrestling fans who love casual, satisfying gameplay.

Wrestling Empire Official Introduction
The lightweight champion of mobile wrestling is back with higher resolution
visuals and a smoother frame rate, whilst still retaining the retro style that
puts the fun first with no loading times! See if you can keep up with the pace,
as new features and effects make wrestling even easier to play yet even more
satisfying to master.
Create your own star and embark on a career to encounter up to 350 opponents across 10 different rosters in the sport’s most epic shared universe. Make the right moves backstage as well as in the ring to fight for your worth and retire with a career worth remembering. You can even "take it outside" with a whole other roaming mode that challenges you to take responsibility for what happens behind the scenes in real-time!
When you’re ready to get serious, upgrade to a “Pro” membership to stop relying on sponsors and make the world your own by saving your changes to each character. The most intuitive match setup process in wrestling is then available to create dream matches before your very eyes – roping in as many characters & props as you can handle!
The original game now also includes a whole other "booking" mode at no extra cost, which challenges you to run your own promotion with a territorial twist! Assemble the best roster you can with the resources you have, and then travel the world trying to set attendance records everywhere you go. Present the right matches in the right way at the right time to maximize your impact on the ratings, whilst trying to keep a locker room full of egos from self-destructing. Everybody thinks they know better until it's time to do better...
* This game depicts a fictitious universe and allows the user to create their own. Any resemblance to real persons – past or present – is purely coincidental.
Wrestling Empire Tips
Wrestling Empire Android Beginner Guide: Tips to Dominate the Ring
You fire up Wrestling Empire on your Android, see all the buttons, and think “how hard can it be?” Spoiler: way harder than you think if you’re just mashing away. This game’s not here to be a stuffy, realistic wrestling sim—it’s a chaotic, retro pixel party where strategy beats spamming, and fun trumps perfection. It’s a PC port, sure, but it’s smoother than its old counterpart, and even if you’ve never watched a single wrestling match in your life, you’ll be hooked within 10 minutes. Let’s cut the crap: here’s how to stop getting pinned in 30 seconds and start ruling the ring like a pro.
First up, the pro tips that’ll save you from looking like a chump. Forget the “secret” moves—these simple tricks are what separate newbies from winners:
1. Stop spamming attacks. I see so many new players mashing buttons and wondering why they’re getting pinned. Spend 10 minutes in practice mode to get the timing down—smooth combos beat mindless mashing every time. Also, use the environment! Grab chairs or props around the ring—they add extra damage and let you outsmart guys who only know how to punch.
2. Don’t sleep on Career Mode. It’s not just for leveling up—it’s where you learn the game. Pick a wrestler, check their stats (top of the screen!), and hit “Gimmick” to see their unique moves before you jump in. And when upgrading, focus on attack and stamina first—those are the most useful early on. Oh, and pro move: drag enemies away from the ropes before pinning ’em, or they’ll escape easy.
3. Custom characters aren’t just for fun. Mess around with the editor—tweak their looks, muscles, and moves—to make someone that fits how you play. A well-built character hits harder, moves better, and makes winning way easier. Trust me, I spent an hour making a giant guy with a flying kick, and he’s been my go-to ever since.
Now, let’s talk controls—’cause botching these will get you killed faster than a bad flying move. The left joystick moves you, simple enough. Tap A for a quick hit, hold it for a charged one, and combo R (sprint) + A for a dash attack to close in fast. Flying moves? Climb the ropes, hit R+A—but only if the opponent’s down. Miss that, and you’ll hurt yourself way worse than them.
Pin and takedowns are easy once you get the hang of ’em. Press G to pin, hold a direction + G to knock ’em over. P locks ’em down from above, and T is for taunting—but save that for after the fight, not mid-brawl. Wasting time taunting is how you get rolled up for a pin.
And lay off multiplayer until you know the ropes (pun intended). Playing with friends is chaotic and fun, but nothing’s more embarrassing than missing a flying attack in front of your pals. Master the controls first, then go show off.
Wrestling Empire’s all about having a good time, not being perfect. The silly physics and over-the-top moves make every match feel new. Stick to these tips, stop spamming, and you’ll go from rookie jobber to ring champ in no time. Trust me—I’ve been there, and dominating hits way better than getting pinned every match.
