The Moodpress app integrates with Health Connect, allowing users to import Sleep, Step and Heart Rate Variability (HRV) data into charts in Moodpress, making your daily health, stress status and mood statistics clearly visible.
Wear OS App Features:

- Use the Moodpress Wear OS app on your smartwatch to learn about your current stress levels based on your HR (Heart Rate) and HRV (Heart Rate Variability) data. Additionally, with your permission, you can receive timely notifications to keep an eye on your stress levels.
- Unique surface included with Moodpress: Complications on the surface are visible at a glance, including your local time, current stress level, daily step count, and sleep hours.
The diary is always saved on your phone. Moodpress values your privacy and does not store or collect it separately.
To enable media playback and picture-in-picture features on your phone, this app requires the Foreground Service (FGS) permission. For Android 14 (API level 34) and above, this app needs the Media Playback permission to continue soundscapes playback from the background.
